HilltopAds is an advertising network that sells popunder, in-page, VAST video (pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll) and banner traffic through a self-serve dashboard. The network reports ad impressions from more than 250 countries.

Three pricing models are available. CPM applies to popunder, in-page and video; CPC applies to in-page, video and banners; and CPA charges only for conversions. For popunder, a CPA Goal mode is also available. An auto-optimization option moves traffic sources that do not pay off to a blacklist, and conversions can be tracked by server-to-server postback with real-time reporting. Targeting options include country, city, language, browser, well-known apps and interest categories.

On its advertiser page the network breaks its inventory down by vertical, with dating, iGaming, streaming entertainment, mobile apps and e-commerce as the largest groups, followed by games, software, sweepstakes, finance and pin-submit offers.

The minimum deposit is $100. Funding methods include crypto (USDT on TRC20 and ERC20, and Bitcoin) as well as Capitalist, Paxum, Wise, wire transfer, bank cards and UnionPay.
