PopAds is a specialist network that sells a single format: popunders. It runs as a self-serve marketplace where the price of traffic is set by bidding rather than by a rate card. Advertisers decide how much they are willing to pay per thousand popunders, and the market decides how much traffic that buys and of what quality. Low bids still get traffic, but more slowly and from lower-quality placements.
The targeting set is simple and practical for pop campaigns: website category, keyword, country and time of day. The network has added its own placement option, PrimeSpot, on top of that. Publishers on the network can opt out of campaigns that promote gambling or software downloads, so volume for those verticals depends on which sites accept them.
The low entry threshold is part of PopAds' appeal for testing: the help section gives a $10 minimum deposit via PayPal, with no minimum for wire transfers.
Advertisers who need push, native or display formats will have to look elsewhere; PopAds deliberately stays narrow.
