PropellerAds is a self-serve advertising network operated by Propeller Ads Ltd, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus, and active since 2011. It is best known to affiliate marketers and app promoters as a source of push, in-page push and onclick (popunder) traffic, and it also sells interstitial and interactive placements, Telegram ads and programmatic inventory through its own DSP.

Campaigns are built in the advertiser dashboard. Buyers choose between fixed CPM or CPC bids, automatic bidding modes (SmartCPM and, on some formats, SmartCPC) and a conversion-driven mode, CPA Goal, where the system adjusts bids toward a target cost per action. Targeting covers country, operating system and version, browser and browser language, device, connection type, mobile carrier, VPN traffic and individual publisher zones, which can be included or excluded by ID.

The network positions itself around a handful of verticals: e-commerce, mobile app installs, iGaming, utilities such as VPN and antivirus apps, and lead generation for finance, insurance and education. The platform is designed so that a buyer can register, fund the account and launch without talking to anyone.

Funding options include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal, UnionPay, Skrill, wire transfer and several regional methods such as Pix, Ebanx, Volet and GammaG. Available methods depend on the country set in the account.
