ROIads

ROIads is a multiformat ad network that launched in early 2023. It sells push notifications, pop ads, in-page push and direct click traffic, and states worldwide coverage with one billion impressions per day.

Pricing follows the format: push ads are bought on a CPC basis and pop ads on a CPM basis. In-page push does not require the user to have subscribed to notifications, and direct click campaigns run without creatives.

The minimum deposit to start a campaign is $250. Accepted payment methods are wire transfer, bank cards and Capitalist, and other methods can be arranged with an account manager.

Advertisers can work self-serve or choose a fully managed plan, which includes a dedicated account manager, creative development and campaign optimization. Campaigns pass moderation within 10 to 15 minutes at most, according to the site.
